Music Programs
John Knox Presbyterian Church of Greenville, South Carolina is seeking an organist who will build on the long history of outstanding music in this congregation. The Holtkamp OPUS 2078 is a wonderful organ with 3 manuals, 46 ranks, 35 stops, 2,740 pipes & MIDI in and out. The position is part-time and reports to the Director of Music Ministries.

Adults
Chalice Choir
The Chalice Choir combines a blend of traditional and contemporary music that is sung at our 8:30am service. This choir incorporates music for all tastes. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00pm.
Chancel Choir
This adult choir sings during the 11:00am worship service. Rehearsals are held in the Kroske Music Room in the lower lever of the Education Building, 7:30-8:45pm on Wednesday evenings. In addition, the choir also regularly prepares special music, often with professional instrumental accompaniment.
Handbell Choir
The John Knox Ringers perform approximately once per month in the 11:00am worship service. Rehearsals are held 6:15pm on Wednesday evenings in the Fellowship Classroom (upper level, education building).
Additional Music Programs
Special musical events are held throughout the year featuring our Holtkamp organ.
Youth & Children
Children's Choir
Three and four year olds and K5 children will explore music through instruments, singing and movement and will sing once a month during the 11:00am worship service.
